As a part of our contractor service, We administer all paperwork to save you time and money! You will have a dedicated account manager assuring that all document processing is completed timely and effectively.
We will submit our designs to LADBS on your behalf and work closely with the city. Any and all requested corrections will be remedied in a timely fashion until permits are Ready to Issue (RTI).
TENANT HABITABILITY PLAN (THP)
Our Administration Team will work to ensure your THP is in compliance for all of your tenants as a part of your retrofit.
